The WorkStar® 430 worklight has 7 LEDs with an output of 220 lm compared to 6 LEDs with an output of 200 lm on the previous WorkStar® 420 model. Also, the magnet is stronger and 3-LED battery life and charge level indicator has been added.

The MAXXEON WorkStar® 430 (aka INSPECTOR MAXX) is a rugged, industrial-grade combination 220 lm 7-LED work light plus a 135 lm penlight. Not only that, it's rechargeable! Using the latest LiPo (Li-ion Polymer) battery technology, it includes a micro USB port and an USB cord for easy recharging. Three green LEDs are arranged in a bar graph format to indicate both the battery life and the charge level.
INSPECTOR MAXX also features a sturdy pocket clip with a built in magnet. You can clip it to your pocket with the work light illuminating your work area, or stick the magnet on a convenient ferrous surface to light up your work area.
