What brands do you distribute?

We distribute products from reputable HVAC brands, including RUUD, AirEase, Ducane, BOSCH, LG, Aprilaire, Bard, Honeywell, ADP, Dunkirk, Spacepak, The Unico System, Olsen and many others. We aim to offer our customers various options to suit their specific needs and preferences.

Do you offer extended warranties on your products/ What is the warranty on the products you distribute?

Refunds Questions

What is your refund policy?

Purchased products can be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase if the product is still in its original packaging. Electronic parts are not eligible to be returned. Returns will be credited to your account in the same form payment was processed. Returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-stock items, up to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. You are responsible for payment of shipping of the product being returned, if applicable. Please visit our Refunds page to learn more.

We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged. Our policy for returns and exchanges varies depending on the product and the manufacturer's policies. Shipping Questions

What is your Shipping policy?

Shipments under Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) that are shipped via a third party company are subject to a shipping fee. There is no charge for shipping for stock items using 2J Supply's trucks. Freight charges can be incurred for special orders. Please visit our Shipping page to learn more.

What is the lead time for orders to be fulfilled?

After our warehouse receives the order, the average lead time for fulfillment is 5-15 minutes

Orders Questions

If I want to pick up my order, does it matter which store I shop at?

Yes, it matters which store you shop at if you want to pick up your order. Each of our stores has its own inventory, so please select the store location where you would like to pick up your order.

Can I place orders over the phone?

What is your policy on backorders?

Our policy on backorders is that we strive to fulfill all orders on time. However, if an item is not in stock, we will place it on backorder and notify you of the estimated delivery date. You can choose to wait for the backordered item to be delivered, or cancel it from your order.

Can I place an order outside of regular business hours?

Our online store is open 24/7, so you can place an order outside of regular business hours. However, please note that orders placed outside of business hours will be processed during the next business day.
