If You Are an HVAC Contractor With an EPA License and Certificate of Insurance, You Can Request a Cash or Credit Account With 2J Supply. You Must Complete This Step to Make Purchases From Us.
New Customers
If you are an HVAC contractor and new 2J Supply customer and would like to open an account to make purchases from 2J Supply fill out one of the applications below.
PLEASE NOTE: You must first create a verified contractor account with 2J Supply via one of the methods below before we can create an account for web purchases.
Cash Account Application
Requirements:
- Cash application completely filled out with all required questions & boxes answered
- Provide COPIES of EPA(CFC) Card
- Copy of Liability Insurance
- Copy of Drivers License
- If Business Tax Exempt, Attached a completed tax exempt certificate
Credit Account Application
Requirements:
- Credit application completely filled out with all required questions & boxes answered
- Credit references provided, including Fax or email address, & account number
- Bank reference provided
- Provide COPIES of EPA(CFC) Card, Copy of Liability Insurance, and Copy of Drivers License
- If Business Tax Exempt, Attached a completed tax exempt certificate
- If You are a Kentucky resident, you must fill out the Application for credit in the Commonwealth of Kentucky instead.
Parts Only or Sealed Units Application
No Equipment or Refrigerant (No EPA Required)
- Application completely filled out with all required questions & boxes answered
- Bank reference provided(Credit Application)
- Copy of Liability Insurance, and Copy of Drivers License
- If Business Tax Exempt, Attached a completed tax exempt certificate

Please make sure to include a copy of your EPA (type 2 or higher), the declaration page of your liability insurance, and your driver’s license.
